Refreshed Training Summary Report experience
What's new: Training Summary Reports now feature an updated layout with filtering, row selection, and bulk actions.
How it works:
Go to Training from the left navigation
Select Reports
Select Training Summary Report
Customize filters and take bulk actions as needed
Why it matters: The new layout is a more custom experience and helps you resend trainings, delete, and mark as complete in bulk.
New Training Benchmark Report
What's new: Compare training completion rates across communities with the new Training Benchmark Report.
How it works:
Go to Training from the left navigation
Select Reports
Select Training Benchmark Report and filter as needed
Review completion rates and totals across your organization
Export or print the report
Why it matters: You can now compare performance across your organization to spot trends, support staff, and address gaps before they become compliance issues.
Provide feedback after completing training
What's new: You can now share feedback in a survey after completing a Carefeed Training. These questions are optional. The feedback will be shard with accrediations like NAB.
How it works:
Complete a training course in Carefeed
After the training result screen, you'll see a feedback survey
Rate the training on a scale of 1-5 (Unsatisfactory to Excellent)
Click Submit Evaluation
Why it matters: Your feedback helps improve training quality for everyone. Note: The survey can only be submitted once per training completion.
Email delivery for large reports
What's new: Reports that take longer to generate are now delivered directly to your email instead of making you wait on the page.
How it works:
Generate a report (you'll be notified if it needs to be emailed)
Continue working in Carefeed while the report generates
Receive your report via email with a link to download
Why it matters: Now you can do other tasks while your report loads, and access your report when it's ready.
Add a reason when placing beds on hold
What's new: You can now add a reason when marking a bed as on hold and view that reason by hovering over the bed on the Bed Board.
How it works:
Go to the Bed Board (left menu)
Select a bed and click Mark as On Hold
Enter a reason in the text field
Click Update Reason
Why it matters: Bed hold reasons show the team why beds are unavailable. Everyone can see why a bed is on hold without making calls or sending messages.
Hide rooms on the MatrixCare Bed Board
What's new: You can now hide rooms on the MatrixCare Bed Board without deleting them from the system. Note: This feature is available for MatrixCare Bed Board only.
How it works:
Go to the Bed Board (left menu)
Click Edit on a room
Set Visibility to Hidden
Click Save
To restore, set Visibility back to Visible
Why it matters: Hidden rooms keep your Bed Board clean and accurate without permanently deleting data. Use this for rooms under renovation, temporarily closed units, or spaces not currently in service. The room remains in your system and can be changed to visible anytime.
