How to use RSVPs for activities

Manage RSVPs your activities in the Manage Attendance tab.

You can easily manage attendance for activities in Carefeed when you go to the activity in your calendar.

  1. Go to Calendars (left menu)

  2. Click on the activity you'd like to manage

  3. Click Manage event

  4. Click the Manage Attendance tab


Downloading, printing, and adding attendees

Within Manage Attendance you can download or print your attendee list using the download and print icons. You can also add attendees manually when you click the +Add Attendees button.


Sending RSVP invitations

If you have an upcoming event and want to send RSVP invitations to residents or their families, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Calendars (left menu)

  2. Click on the activity you'd like to manage

  3. Click Manage event

  4. Click the Manage Attendance tab

  5. Click Send Activity

  6. Set up a group, contact list, search for a contact or enter one manually

  7. Click Continue to Select Channels

  8. Toggle on email and/or text and click Continue to Message Settings

  9. Enter the email and/or text settings and click Continue to Review and Send

  10. Review your selections and then schedule the send or send now

After sending, you will be taken directly to the Analytics page where you can track responses.

What the RSVP looks like for recipients

Recipients will receive an invitation with their name and event details. When they click Accept Invite, they will see the date and time of the event. After clicking Accept Invite and saving, they will see a confirmation that their RSVP has been saved.

Tracking RSVPs and marking attendance

Once an RSVP is submitted, it will appear in Carefeed under the Manage Attendance tab with the resident or family member's name and their response. You can monitor your RSVP rate from this view too.

When someone actually attends the event, click Mark Attended to update their status. Your attendance percentage will update automatically as you mark attendees.
